Applied research

Applied research direction and scope, topics and deadlines are determined by the St. Ignatius of Loyola College, according to its research opportunities; study the needs, research importance for the education of society in Lithuania and internationally, culture and economy, international science cooperation programs, as well as the St. Ignatius of Loyola College education staff’s qualification and available financial resources.

St. Ignatius of Loyola College promotes professional and interdisciplinary applied science research, development of thematic projects, partnerships and cooperation within the European and global interdisciplinary research networks, carries out ordered applied research to private and public sector institutions.

Applied research results are used in the study process, published in scientific journals, presented at conferences.

St. Ignatius of Loyola College also encourages students applied scientific activity: students are invited to participate in conferences, are included in joint projects.
